Product shipment will be subject to availability as noted on the Nicrocraft™ website. Online orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (U.S.) may not ship until the following business day.

Online customers will be able to select their choice of carrier service from the selections offered.  Seller’s preferred carrier and class of service is FedEx Ground.  Customers with existing accounts and approved credit terms will have the opportunity to provide their purchase order, carrier account number and delivery preference as they complete their shopping cart. Most shipments for online orders should arrive in 2-5 business days, depending upon the carrier and class of service selected at the time of order checkout.

Customers will receive an order confirmation with invoice and tracking information once the order has been processed for shipment.

Wall Colmonoy is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions. Check directly with the delivery carrier for your order status. 

Wall Colmonoy will not be responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Contact Customer Service for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.

This return provision is separate from the warranty provision offered by Wall Colmonoy.

Requests for exchange or refund may be submitted up to 30 days from the date of invoice.   Proof of purchase and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Wall Colmonoy is required for all exchanges or returns. 

Returned parts must be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition, with all documentation intact, including, but not limited to, manufacturer’s certification and FAA airworthiness tags.  Returned items will be subject to quality inspection upon receipt and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Wall Colmonoy reserves the right to deny any product return or claim. 

Online Returns Process:

If you need to return an item, please fill out the form above. Once this form is submitted, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) document that must be included with the item on its return.  Items returned without an assigned RMA number will be rejected for refund or exchange. 

All associated freight costs, customs charges, duties, and brokerage are the responsibility of the customer. Products returned should be packaged securely before shipping to insure they arrive undamaged.  Goods returned to Wall Colmonoy with damage may not receive full credit.
